Eucharist

Every Sunday 09.00 hrs - Eucharist (Holy Communion)
A Eucharist service using the Book of Common Prayer (BCP) each Sunday at 09.00 hrs

Sunday 10.30 hrs - Parish Eucharist (Holy Communion)
This is our regular Sunday morning service. It is a Eucharistic service using Common Worship (CW), with organ, choir & hymns.
The children and young people normally leave this service after the first hymn to go to their own activities in the church hall, returning during the administration of communion for a blessing and for the remainder of the service.
This service has organ or piano, choir & hymns and normally lasts about 1hr 15 minutes.  All are welcome to join us for tea & coffee and biscuits afterwards in the church hall.

Sunday 10.30 hrs - Family Eucharist (Holy Communion)
At special festivals such as Mothering Sunday, Easter and Pentecost and when our Guides and Brownies join us we have a Family service. This takes a similar format to our Parish Eucharist but the children stay in church with their families rather than going to their own activities.  The service takes a more child centred approach with much greater involvement by the children from the congregation.  Children read the lessons, and prayers and often participate in a presentation.

It is a Eucharistic service using Common Worship (CW), with organ, choir & hymns. This service has organ or piano, choir & hymns and normally lasts about 1hr 15 minutes, followed by tea & coffee and biscuits in the church hall.
